Meet the vibrant creator behind easy no-bake cookie recipes, bringing flavor and flair to your kitchen.

Hi, I’m Edward, The founder of Easy No-Bake Cookies. By the way, if you’ve ever walked into a kitchen filled with the smell of chocolate, peanut butter, and something magical in the air, then you’ve been somewhere like my childhood home.

I grew up in a house where no-bake cookies were more than just a treat — they were part of everyday life. My mom was always in the kitchen, making the most delicious sweets without ever turning on the oven. And me? Well, I was her little shadow. Every day after school, I’d come running into the kitchen, pretending to be helpful — but really, I just wanted a bite of whatever she was making. You know how kids get when they’re craving something sweet — suddenly we’re on our best behavior!

Even though I loved being around her while she made cookies, my mom always wanted me to focus on my studies. She knew how much work it took to make things from scratch every day, and she didn’t want that kind of pressure for me. She encouraged me to chase my dreams and enjoy baking as a hobby — not a job. But the truth is, helping her didn’t feel like work. It felt like home.

Over time, I learned more than just recipes. I learned the value of doing things with heart, of sharing something simple that brings people joy. That’s what inspired me to start Easy No Bake Cookies — a place where I could take everything my mom taught me and share it with people everywhere.

Let Me Introduce You to My Mom – Donna

Donna, the warm heart behind the scenes — mother of Edward, founder of Easy No-Bake Cookies, bringing tradition to every treat.

Now, let me tell you a little about the woman behind all of this — my mom, Donna.

She’s the kind of person who believes in doing things the traditional way. After she got married, she decided to leave her job and build a life at home — not because she had to, but because she wanted to. She found peace in that decision, and soon, a whole new passion.

She fell in love with cooking by watching women chefs on TV, and it wasn’t long before she started experimenting in her own kitchen. Every day, she’d try something new. Before we knew it, even the neighbors were asking for her cookies!

She never aimed to be famous or start a business. She just loved the craft — and that love found its way into every single bite. Her no-bake cookies weren’t just desserts; they were little pieces of comfort, tradition, and care.

She’s the heart behind everything I do, and the reason Easy No Bake Cookies exists today.

My First Batch – Where It All Began

A vibrant selection of easy no-bake cookies — a fun, flavorful treat for all ages.

You’re looking at the very first batch of Easy No Bake Cookies — the moment when everything truly began.

These cookies may not look perfect, but to me, they mean everything. This was the batch I made when I decided to stop just watching my mom and finally try making something on my own. I remember spreading out all the ingredients on the kitchen counter, double-checking my notes, and hoping I’d get it just right. (Spoiler: I didn’t — but they still tasted amazing.)

Each cookie is a little different — some with chocolate chips, others with peanuts, a few topped with colorful candies just for fun. It was less about presentation and more about creativity, love, and honoring what I had grown up with. I wanted to make something that reminded me of home, of those after-school moments in the kitchen, and of my mom, Donna, who inspired it all.

I didn’t know it then, but this batch would be the beginning of a bigger journey — one that would lead to this website, a growing community of no-bake lovers, and a dream coming to life one cookie at a time.
